In Person Classes with Social Distancing protocol!
We're back with in person classes (limited class size). Login to MindBody to reserve your spot. Masks are encouraged in the building but not required while practicing. Please visit our sanitation stations, bring your own props and place your mat behind one of the TANA Yoga markings on the floor. We are so excited to be back in the studio with all of you. REMINDER: Not all classes are in person but ALL CLASSES will be available via ZOOM.
Vinyasa translates to flowing with breath a dynamic style of Hatha yoga which joins physical postures, or asanas with inhales and exhales creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice. The vinyasa flow classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated poses, back bending, arm balancing, and a strong focus on the power of staying present.
Full Body Work + 30 Minute Express
Welcome to your early morning wake up, or after work pick me. This class will focus on core and glutes mixing yoga, barre and pilates. We will use props such as light weights, chairs, balls, resistance bands, whatever can find.
A class designed with the intention to break down a peak pose while moving through a vinyasa style class. You will leave this class with a deeper awareness of alignment and connection to the pose. All classes will end with a signature essential oil blend crafted to compliment the peak pose.
