Emily is an active and full hearted individual looking to live life fully and bring peace to the world.  She is a self actualist working towards her best self and life purpose. Classes with Emily vary as she is a 500 hour ryt trained in vinyasa flow, yummy yin, peaceful restorative, yoga nidra, prenatal and postnatal yoga, ayurveda counseling, the chakras, and life coaching. When coming to a class with Emily you're able to spend time together, connect to your soul and find what you need and want for living your best life.

Meet Trish Nanouski - Clifford , a dedicated wife, christian and mother of four amazing children. With multiple fitness certifications under her belt, she embarked on her journey in the world of fitness and health at the young age of 17, and she has been unwavering in her commitment ever since.

​

Reaching remarkable milestones such as 121 in the world in Crossfit and receiving the two comma club award with one of the most successful nutrition/fitness companies! 

​

Her life's purpose is to empower others to become healthier, happier versions of themselves – not just physically, but also mentally and emotionally. Whether it's through leading a rejuvenating yoga class, an invigorating CrossFit session, or simply sharing a cup of coffee and meaningful conversation, she wholeheartedly embraces the opportunity to positively impact lives! After the tragic loss of her son,  a big part of her legacy and mission has been to create a community of support for women by women and  you can find her doing just that on Caution:WomenUnfiltered Podcast and FB group. 

 

When she's not inspiring others to lead active, fulfilling lives, you can find her fully immersed in anything physical – from intense workouts to tranquil hikes and long bike rides. And of course, her biggest joy comes from spending quality time with her cherished family and Frenchie Biggie. 

 

With her passion for fitness and wellness, coupled with her nurturing spirit, Trish is on a mission to uplift and motivate those around her to embrace a lifestyle that promotes overall well-being.

The first time I meditated I lasted less than one minute, stood up and decided ‘this is not for me.’ It was years before I’d attempt it again. But once I did, with guidance, it changed my life. I teach meditation now because with each person who finds peace, the world becomes a slightly more peaceful place for everyone else to exist. 

​

I’m a wife, stay at home mom to two toddler girls (Stella and Sunny), meditation guide, author (find my guided journal HERE) and co-creator of The Ripple Retreat – A Yoga and Meditation Experience. I’ve helped dozens of women slow down, nourish and reconnect to themselves as a certified Ayurvedic Wellness Coach through The Shakti School.

Because I know the struggle mediation can be, I guide with a gentleness that allows space for newcomers and gurus alike. If you think you can’t, I promise I’ll teach you that you can. When you come to my class, I’ll present you with guided meditations rooted in finding peace and a deeper understanding of self. I’ll present you with the opportunity to be still.

My yoga journey began in my late teens after some health struggles with an autoimmune disease. I knew that I needed to find a gentle, low-impact way of exercising and yoga seemed appealing because of its cool shapes and mind-body connection. I was gifted the book Slim, Calm, Sexy Yoga by Tara Stiles and the rest is history.


After over 12 years of practice, I’ve learned how influential yoga can be on one’s physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. While living in San Diego in 2018, I completed a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training with John Quirk and a Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Ryan Glidden. I want to share the gift of yoga with others so that they realize how good it can make
them feel!

 

I take a gentle approach in my teaching and offer modifications, mindfulness, and meditation. Yoga has become so much more than a physical practice for me. It has seeped into all aspects of my life and impacted my beliefs and opinions on many things - for the better. Most importantly, yoga has helped me find balance in life.
